Are you supposed to Thank them with a gift at the end of your wedding for all the hard work they have done if you think they were great??

Re: Banquet Managers?
You're early in your planning process, but you'll find you don't have much contact with your banquet manager throughout the process. I only ever spoke to the maitre'd or the complimentary wedding planner that we were given through the hall. We tipped the maitre'd very well because he worked his azz off!

I noticed once I booked and it was set in stone, mine was conveniently impossible to get ahold of....
I personally won't be thanking her for squat but if you receive exceptional service you can send them a simple thank you, or testimonial for their website.

Re: Banquet Managers?
The ones at Russo's were awesome (I had Audrey at first and then Carol bc Audrey was going on vacation for my wedding), but I didn't tip them or give them a gift.
Everytime I called, I usually had to leave a message, but someone always called me back within 24 hours. The day of the wedding, I didn't see or hear from them at all. The matre'ds and bridal attendant deserved everything and more!!!
