My FH is his best frieds son's godfather. What is an appropriate gift? Do you usually give $$ or a gift? If its a gift, what do you give?

We usually give savings bonds for Christenings - depends on how close we are to the parents but anywhere from a $200 - 500 bond (the cost is half the value of the bond $100 - 250)

you can buy an inexpensive stock. i bought bought my goddaughter disney stock and she loves telling people that she has stock in disney lol
