We would like to have a bar open for beer and wine, but we can not afford the liquor package. Is there a way of making our guest aware that liquor is not open without being tacky. Thanks!

Re: Bar question?
I attended a wedding that served beer and wine only, and we were just advised by the bartender as to what drink options were available.

Re: Bar question?
I would just only have the bars stocked with beer and wine and when people go and order a cocktail the bartender should say its not available.

You could put little menu frames on the bar that show what is being served. Maybe brands of wine/beer?
I saw this at a wedding recently and I was very happy with the wine. Didn't even miss the liquor :) but I thought the menus were a nice touch.

Re: Bar question?
maybe put a sign on the bar of the list of available drinks
and then maybe see if your guests can have the option of a cash bar
