Anyone know anything about honeymooning in Barbados? We are considering it but don't know enough and would love some input! Thanks...

I went years ago-everybody was honeymoon couples. We stayed at the Almond Beach CLub (the name might have changed) but the place was incredible.

We went there for our HM last August and really liked it. I would even consider living there. So clean and really wonderful. What resort are you considering??

We went there last year and also stayed at Almond Beach, it was a nightmare, i wouldnt reccomend it. We almost turned around and went home my FH was ****ed, they had no water for 5 days, i mean NONE, iv'e been to alot of the islands before and i can promise you this i wont be going there again

We were considering Barbados too. We looked into the Savannah and it looks beautiful!! However, I don't think we are going there (I think Hawaii instead). The travel agent told us it is English (or British I forget). She told us it was beautiful and she loved it however, they are more stuffy there...have high tea at 4 and men have to wear jackets to many resturants. FH didn't like this so I think we decided against it.
It does look beautiful though (I have the brochure)
