This is the last email I got from him on 9/21. I've been begging him to post my same day trailer since I got back from the honeymoon. I sent in my video songs two weeks ago... and I've emailed him a few more times after this...... I got nothing.

Hi Barbara,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  I've been a little busy with personal issues, and wasn't at the office for a while.
I didn't get a chance to put up the video yet for the same reasons, but will make sure to do that by this Wednesday.
Also, we would need about 5 songs.  We might not use all of them, but it's better if we have multiple ones we can choose from.

ETA: were they recommended by any other vendors you used? if so, contact them and ask them to help, they might have alternate wys to contact them
