I had a similar experience with a vendor I wasn't able to get in contact with....I used alternate methods to get their home numbers worst case scenario. Do you know their full names? City in which they live? Have you tried white pages or googling to get their home number and address? I would start doing that if you haven't already and call them at home!!!

This is the last email I got from him on 9/21. I've been begging him to post my same day trailer since I got back from the honeymoon. I sent in my video songs two weeks ago... and I've emailed him a few more times after this...... I got nothing.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I've been a little busy with personal issues, and wasn't at the office for a while. I didn't get a chance to put up the video yet for the same reasons, but will make sure to do that by this Wednesday. Also, we would need about 5 songs. We might not use all of them, but it's better if we have multiple ones we can choose from.

Ok, so the picture on their contact page is of a bride and groom that got married at the same venue that we got married at. The good news is that I have her email address. Do you want me to email her and see if she has any info? I'm not sure if she used them for photo or video but I know that she got her pictures because I emailed with her about it earlier this year. Let me know.

Has a contact email and number for the owner of the domain which might be different than the info you have.

If you giys send me the URL there are things that can be done to track them down.
One of which is google the owners name a few different ways. This way we can try and get their home phone numbers, addresses.
Also, we can look up the web domain on who is (my FH knows and even better way) if they were stupid enough to put their home address on their registry for the business (web domain) we can track them down.
