So I want an awesome makeup artist for my wedding...but I have VERY sensitive acne prone skin and I don't want a makeup artist to put something on my face that will make it break out. I have been using bare minerals for 2 years and I love it. Does anyone know of any makeup artists that use bare minerals or another mineral makeup?

i thought i remembered something about someone going to sephora maybe (i think they sell that there) and the lady there did a trial, she loved it so much that she asked her to do her wedding make up....
maybe a long shot, but maybe???
sorry i am clueless about make up and this is something I want to get for my wedding too....Good Luck!!!

there a bare escentuals store in Roosevelt Field and im pretty sure that is where they sell bare minerals - maybe you could go there or hire one of the makeup artists privately

Nadine at Allure Skin Care in Deer Park uses Jane Iredale (100% mineral) cosmetics... Don't know her # off the top of my head...sorry! HTH!

I think Gorgeous Faces does. They are a vendor on this site. Do a search to be 100% sure.

She does, her name Jillian and she uses only mineral make up. I am using her and my trial with her was awesome. My cousin used her for her wedding day also and she looked beautiful all day, the makeup stayed on all night long. She is a vendor here.

yes. They have their own store in Roosevelt Field Mall on the 2nd floor.
I have used it for years now. This is so much better for my skin.

I had a girl from Bare Escentuals do my make up for the wedding! It was fabulous and covered quite well. I onlyuse BM makeup so it was a must have!

Jillian from Gorgeous Faces uses mineral makeup, but not Bare Minerals specifically. The stuff that she uses is supposed to be better.

you can try going to the bare escentuals store and see if any of the girls freelance or do make up on the side...
or try Jillian from Gorgeous faces...she uses Jane auerdale (which is better quality mineral make up)
