What is everyone doing? I'm trying to decide on shoes. I'm leaning towards a closed toe and wearing stockings/thigh highs because I'm afraid that my feet will get sweaty. So if you wore sandals how were your feet feeling?
I don't like the look of stockings with sandals so that's not an option.

I am thinking stockings depending how it looks with my open toed shoes because my wedding is july and I am afraid of my legs sticking together

I did not wear stockings because I dont think they are comfortable at all. I was barelegged, and so comfortable all night!

No stockings for me...
I'm wearing a 'mule' type of shoe - ivory silk with beading.
I've never been able to wear stockings with a mule shoe - causes feet to slip in and out of the shoes.
Also, I'm not doing the 'garter thing' at my reception - so my legs won't be seen anyway.

Closed toe and no stockings for me too. maybe small stocking-like socks to the mid-calf.. but not up all the way.

I am going to wear closed-toe shoes and thigh highs. I can't go bare-legged because my thighs will stick together and I will be walking funny And I can't wear full hose because they make my stomach feel weird and I get nauseous wearing full hose for too long

I never even thought of this! Im a July bride too, and you are right .. I think my legs will stick together if I'm pantyhose-less..
I was going to wear stockings, mostly because I feel it 'sucks everything in' more .. but that means I'll defintely be getting closed shoes, b/c I hate the way open toed shoes look WITH hose..

closed toe shoes with stockings for me. I just think its a slightly classier look with my dress. If I were doing a summer wedding I might consider sandals.
