Barron's question

So, my receipt says my veil should be ready today.
I have to be in LI next Sunday, for FSIL baby shower and I figured I could go first thing in the morning and pick up...so I call today to see if it is ready. After they hang up on me twice, I ask if it is ready and she tells me ,'what day does the recepit say it will be ready,' I say, 'the 16th', she says, 'then you can pick up'

Did you get a call to pick up? I really dont have time to make another trip to LI, so I am hoping it will be ready, and I dont waste a trip

No, I didn't get a call and mine was supposed to be ready last weekend.

I did not get a call. I called the week following and was told 'Of course it is ready! I told you blablabla date, it is after then! You can come pick it up!' They do not call you.

If your going to be in the area I would just stop by, it might an inconvience but you have been there you know how busy that place gets. I was there yesterday took like 20 min before someone could help me.

I was hoping I could just run in and it would be fast.....does anyone know what time they open? I have to leave for this shower like 11:00.

i was there a few weeks before my 'ready date' and they said no, then its not ready, it will be ready on the date.
i went a week after the 'ready date' and it was there waiting for me!
