Barron's return or exchange???

Hi ladies!!! I puchased a headpiece from Barron's and would realllllllly like to return it or at least exchange it. He never gave me a receipt, so I'm not sure if this is possible. Have you ever exchanged something there? I only bought it 3 days ago, so I'm sure he will remember me. I am having second thoughts about the piece I purchased
