Some of you might already know but there has been a 10 month investigation and today there will be a press conference that will reveal all the names of the baseball players that they found out through this investigation, are using steroids ...i don't know but i find it a bit weird to have to name all of them on television but whatever.

Of course new yorkers are waiting to see what mets and yankees players are on the list. Any predictions?

I walked to our waiting area and the TV is on CNN but nothing about the conference.

Besides Clemens and Pettitte, other ex-Yankees named include Mike Stanton, Chuck Knoblauch and Jason Grimsley. Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts also is in the report, as is Yankees and Braves postseason hero David Justice.

Other players include: Mo Vaughn, Paul Lo Duca, Eric Gagne, Glenallen Hill, Gregg Zaun, Rondell White, Hal Morris, Todd Hundley, Larry Bigbie, Lenny Dykstra, David Segui, Matt Herges, Kevin Brown, Mike Lansing, Nook Logan and Randy Velarde.

He was my fav when I was younger. Though he was never ridiculously good - guess the 'roids didn't work too well. HAha.

being bigger doesn't always help...arod who is NOT using steroids but worked out more and bulked up his first season with the yankees didnt hit as well, and many said it was bc of his size, sometimes being too big will change your swing

so the list earlier was pretty accurate...alot of these names were on there

how come they don't do this in football lol, why is it just baseball that gets targeted for steroid use...i mean olympians and football players i will guess use it too.

I hear what you're saying. I think if Clemens was on another team his name would still be first. But I personally think Bonds should be first!

I'm a huge Mets fan and there are plenty on the list. Just remember the report talks about when they did this. Lo Duca was mentioned and in the report it was when he was on the Dodgers.

oh yeah they'll focus on clemens no matter what. It was just funny bc it said all the yankee players and then a few paragraphs down were other players...now i am not saying the yankee players aren't wrong but dont focus just on them and make it seem like its just a yankees problem...i mean its just a few names from a huge list, its a baseball in general problem

It is a big problem.

Look at this from aol.com - now we know why Clemens is in the headlines!
Clemens was singled out in nearly nine pages, with much of the information on the seven-time Cy Young Award winner coming from former New York Yankees major league strength and conditioning coach Brian McNamee.

It also says:
Some were linked to Human Growth Hormone, others to steroids.

So not all of them were doing steroids. Still it's a big problem.
