Basic Meat selections and your recipes

Okay, do you have this problem, you go and buy all your meats and keep making the same things with them.
Chicken: stewed, fried
Beef: grilled, beef stew, meatballs
Pork: porkchps, ribs, pork roast

Can anyone suggest different variations of cooking the above?
