Baskets or bags?

Where is a good place to get cheap baskets? I would like to make some kind of hospitality baskets for OOT guests, but I don't have lots of money to spend. Are gift bags better than baskets? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I think gift bags are easier. They are less expensive, easier to store and your out of town guests won't feel bad throwing them out when they go home. You can decorate them with stamps or ribbons or leave them plain.

I am pretty sure Party City, Michaels and other craft stores have them in a wide variety of colors.
