Try Bravissimo.com It's a UK site, but they carry the biggest cup sizes even at smaller band sizes which is soooo hard to find! They also make super supportive styles that are still flattering and cute.

I don't know about a website, but a great place to go is Great Shapes. I think there's more than one, but I go to the one in Roslyn Heights. They do alterations there so they can make any suit fit perfect.

Also, Calvin Klein bathing suits are great bc they go by size AND cup size.

There's a Great Shapes in Merrick as well- FYI

Target is great- you can mix & match styles and sizes. Most places don't let you do that.

You know what my biggest issue is with the strapless ones are they are almost always a hook closure in the back and not a tie. The girls are pretty big but I have a small frame. I need something that ties in the back !(googling)
