i did the OOT bags because I dont think the bathrooms will be only used by my guests but if it was I would have done it for sure!

I'm not doing either. My bathrooms are shared with another wedding so that's out and I just don't need another thing to spend money on that I dont think really matters. When we decided to go for video which we originally didn't think we wanted, we agreed that we'd cut out a lot of the little things to help compensate.

I'm doing both. We're at a one venue at a time place and my FMIL is very big into welcoming people. I had to talk her down from personalized out of town gift bags. I just want to throw the same stuff in each, she wanted to put people's names on them and put enough stuff for how many people were staying in each room. Too tough and makes it hard for the front desk!

I am not doing bathroom baskets because it is shared with another wedding. And I will do small out of town baskets since most people staying aren't from out of town - they just don't want to drive home that night. Just some water, snacks, advil and probably a do not disturb tag.

I won't be doing bathroom baskets because my guests will be sharing a bathroom. I haven't decided yet if I am going to do the hotel bags.

I have two thumbs up. I really want a bathroom basket but unfortunately it's a shared bathroom w/other guest. I'm doing a oot basket w/lots of monogrammed goodies.

My venue is providing baskets, we are doing the welcome bags for hotel guests. Also, we got water bottles for people and advil - our hall will be giving out to guests on their way out. I think we totally went overboard but we wanted to make everything awesome. So, we got water on special at CVS for $2.22 for a case of 24 bottles and advil at Costco. I think these are the most useful $60 we spent!

I am going to do both, but try to keep it simple and inexpensive.
I love welcome bags for out of town guests. I’m probably just going to do some snacks, mini-liquor bottles or a bottle of wine, and a “things to do” card.
I personally always find the bathroom baskets helpful and definitely want to have them since my ceremony and reception is all in one place.
