Hey everyone! Has anyone seen battery operated white xmas lights in any craft store, etc.? If so, how much were they? I can't seem to find them. I found some online, but they only have 10 bulbs on them. This is for part of my centerpieces... help!
I was at Amazing Savings in Commack, I know there are several on the island, and they had them. I'm sorry, I don't have an exact price, but I'm sure they were very reasonable. I buy all my xmas wrapping stuff there b/c they are the most affordable.
I am putting tree topper angels in the center of the tables. (The table is a long oval) and down the center of the table I putting the battery operated lights underneath that pillow like stuff (looks like snow) so it looks like there's snow on the table (My mother does this every year with her nativity set, but we can plug regular lights in) I will also have all different size candles around the angel and down the table. The angels are beautiful. They have these gorgeous gowns on with crystals, etc. it will looks so nice with the lights and candles. I just went today to get some more of the angels. Everyone in the store was asking me why I was buying so many and they were going nuts over the idea for the centerpieces. I will have to make one up and post a pic.... I can see it in my head!
They have the battery opperated lights at Harrows for like 4$. FH was a x-mas tree for halloween and got them there. They were in the ornament aisle though.
