Bayside Apartment Available 11/1
Just want to put it out there that my apartment in Bayside will be available 11/1. It's a great place so I would like to see if anyone on here is interested before I tell my landlord.
The apt. is the top floor of a 2 family house it is a 5 minute walk to the LIRR and 2 minute walk to Bell Blvd. 3 bedrooms 1 bath, driveway, newish appliances, dishwashwer, hardwood floors throughout and 2 balconies. The place is only about 4 years old (we have been here 2.5) so it has a new feel to it. The owner/landlord is great...never raised our rent and pretty much did anything we needed...but honestly we never really needed anything.
