it irritates me since i registered over a year ago, i should have the old policy!
maybe each bbb is different. even when i asked the manager, she said no way to cash.
it wound up not mattering...we got a $520 credit and then would up buying $560 worth of stuff!

i just calle doceanside and the manager colleen said they DO give cash back. if i wree summerbride i would call and demand cash for that credit. if they say no call the 800 number they qwere very helpful

WOW I can't believe that. I loved the fact that they gave cash back. I just returned soemthing a month agao and they gave me casj back and I had my shower in Oct.

Girls, I just returned stuff on Friday night and got cash back. The one thing that wasn't on my registry they gave me a store credit for. I don't think the policy has gone away...at least not at the store I was at.

it's still my favorite registry, but just know that you'll only get store credit, whether it was on your registry or not.

I went today and returned a couple of things. Some stuff was on my registry and some was but I had deleted it. They gave me cash for everything that was still on the registry and credit for the rest.

they better give me cash back, it's their mistake that i got multiples of a lot of things especially my formal dinnerware they messed up big time there.
