Is this a one shot deal or do they email you with a couple of different completion events on different dates? Macy's told me over the phone the dates for the next couple of completion events (which I did not write down and have already forgotten) but BBB has not.

I don't know if they have scheduled 'events'. From what they told me and what my packet says, you get 2 10% entire purchase coupons - one to use online, and one in the store. Hope this helps!

They sent me one coupon for 10% and also sent me a letter about the completion event they held a few weeks after my wedding. I didn't go since it was only 8-10am and it didn't seem worth it. Also, the coupon was disapointing since they wouldn't let me use a 20% off coupon with it. I ended up using the 10% coupon on a couple of very inexpensive items since otherwise it would make more sense to use a regular coupon.

I got a one-time use 10% off entire purchase coupon that had to be used within 3 months of the wedding.
It was annoying because like another poster said, you couldn't use it with a 20% off coupon. So I did the same thing... I didn't end up completing my registry after all, but I used it one time when I was buying a whole bunch of small items.
It was still better than nothing. I still hope we get a few things off our registry that I added more recently since I didn't know before we got married what we would need.
