BBB is no longer carrying my china in their stores. Instead, people need to have it shipped and PAY extra. Since nothing has been purchased so far, I'm going to change my china to something else...but this stinks!
Plus the fact that the BBB and Macy's (where I'm also registered) down in NC where I live are nowhere as good as the ones in NY.

They discontinued my everyday dinner set and my aunt had to by it all on line or call them to order it. It was so annoying.

are you sure they carried it to begin with? not all stores carry china. I work there and we have this problem with customers all the time. there are so many patterns that we cant carry them all. post what pattern it is, ill write it down when i get home later and see if the computer at work shows any stores in the area carrying them maybe one of your NY guests will buy it!

is the china you want available at macys? if so, register for it there. FH & I registered for our china at macys and practically everything else at bbb

I know that the BB&B I registered at didn't carry our crystal stemware and my mom was able to order it and they actually waived the shipping fee. I'm sure if any manager can autorize that.

BBB carries my china pattern but not in the stores, it has to ship from NJ. They don't carry the matching crystal stemware although they are looking into it.

yeah NJ is out warehouse....there is so much stuff you can only get online i just realized tioday the massage chairs i am dying to get are online only.......i proobly wont get them now lol
