BBB Question

If someone bought me something thats NOT on my registry (which I do not want- BTW) will BBB give me a hard time about returning it???

Would I be bettter off ' adding' it to my registry (after my shower) so it wont be a problem?

nope! they will give you a store credit or you can just exchange it right there for something you do want!

i hate that...

its one thing if you ahve a theme.. liek monkeys.. and they buy you somethign in the theme that you may have overseen.. OR somethign that can go along... but its like getting a SEA SHELL!?@ wt f...

Well can you put it on your registry and return it and get the cash back or is that technically considered stealing?

I dont understand it either. someone got me something ridiculous and I guess they must have thought it was cute...not my taste so i am hoping to send it back. although I dont have any receipt and I dont know where they got it.
I did love baskets that people created with items that werent on my registry. Its so hard we register for things that we want...but it isnt fair to expect people to get you things just off the registry.

No I understand that but the person bought an item similar to what I had on the registry. It was just in totally the wrong color.

I asked my mom about it and she said the person got confused . They were thinking of the color scheme at my moms house..its all good!

I am greatful that people want to buy things for the shower and I would never hold someone to only buy things off the registry...but look first to see what colors we have going!

I hate that ..thats why I created a registry! lol ..i had a toaster on my registry and ended up with 2!!!! because someone didn't look!
