Re: BBB registry
Hi twin date!
I was told that if the item is on your registry, you don't need a receipt to return the item, plus if you end up getting duplicate items (because sometime people forget to take them off your registry) and you return them you get cash back for the items.

Whatever the guest paid I believe. Maybe they have a record of it somewhere.

Re: BBB registry
your registry works as a girft receipt. If the item goes down in price from the time it was purchased to the time you return it they will give you the price of the item at the time of the registry. I believe that are preatty leniant with their return policy.

Re: BBB registry
their return policy is the best thing going. they do give cash for returns. you'll get back the current price for returns w/o a receipt. my brother bought us a food processor using the coupon, and they refunded us full price and waived shipping on the right food processor from the website.
they're not so good with actually taking the items off the registry, tho, and they shipped broken wine glasses to my friend (x-mas gift from me) 3 times before she got a set that arrived intact.
