BB&B Registry Issue

I kind of was pressured into getting a registry there... My mother thought I needed more then 1 place becuase a lot of our guest are OOT and they don't have Fortunoff's everywhere.

My expierence so far... not so good... my FH brother got us our Kitchen Aid mixer... and that is in a big box itself... and they sent it in a BIG BIG box with no padding or anything so it was just bouncing all around when the Fed Ex man dropped it off... when we took eveyrhting out of the box... it didn't work We then had to exchange it.

My Aunt bought us our Wine Refigerator and she specificly requested them to wrap it... and it wasn't sent wrapped at all.

everything else has been ok.

Fortunoff's hasn't been much better though... we received about 8 gifts from them in the mail... about 4 of them had NO WRITTING ON THE CARD! I needed to call them each time and find out who the gift was from...

Anywho... I guess no one is perfect... but I love getting my presents hehehehe

One of my plate sets from BBB arrived with broken plates

That happens everywhere, I've bought so many registry gifts for bridal and baby showers and I've had to contact customer service the next day to get items removed from the registry. Sometimes, they remove just some of the items I purchased but, not all

For my shower, I did get a lot of duplicates from BBB. I just returned them and used the store credit to buy other things I didn't receive.

All of my items were wrapped nicely and nothing I received from there was broken. I registered at Fortunoff as well and had a great experience at both places.
