Ladies who registered with BBB- Did/do you find that BBB has stock in store on their fine china so the gifts can be purchased in the store to avoid having everything ordered online and then having to pay for shipping? I just switched everything over from Fortunoff to BBB and I was trying to make things easier for people. Just wondering.
I think it really depends on the individual store. I live in Manhattan, and only 2 of the locations have the fine china/bridal department. Take a look on the bbb website, it lists the stores that have the fine china dept.
my china pattern is apparently very popular, so they've always had placesettings in-stock. however, it was not this way with the accessory pieces or with other patterns that we looked at. on the bright side, they're more likely to have china in stock than any department store i looked into.
i know the bbb in huntington has a fine china section...i would go to a bbb that has one and make sure that they carry it in the store if you want to make sure people are able to buy it in store...i made the mistake of picking out my pattern online and not one store carries it so it has to be ordered online...
