BBB Registry... something to tell your family and friends!

I'm not sure if anyone has ever experienced this with their BBB registry, or if this has ever been brought up yet here on LIW... but I just figured I'd warn you girls and let you know! Make sure that your family and friends that are buying gifts for your shower specify when they check out that if they are buying things seperately in the store that aren't meant for you that they are not going towards your registry! I am a registry stalker, lol... and I was wondering why I had added to my registry list coffee and a malibu rum chocolate candy bar! Turns out that whoever checked out my aunt when she bought me some things didn't ask her if the entire purchase was for my registry, so it all shows up now! It says requested 0 purchased 1 and lists the items they bought! It's actually a little funny when you think about it, it looks like someone bought FH and I a candy bar!

Whats worse than this is that they actually wrap the stuff up also!! I had to give back two things that didnt belong to me at my shower!!

you can go online and take them off your registry

OMG are you serious!

Yea it was a little crazy but the people didnt realize it until after the gift was all wrapped...it was kind of funny but a little weird also

another heads up for bbb registry - i have noticed that prices in the store was cheaper than the prices online.. even when i was in the scanning the scanned price was different than the ticket price in the store..

I know, my brother and mom said they want to go shopping in there to find the weirdest thing BBB sells to add to my registry!

yeah they need to know to seperate the order or pay attention to what the people wrapping are doing

yeah, when my mom went to buy us dishes she also bought me a new hair dryer and it showed up on the registry. haha! At least everyine know I can dry my hair!
