BBB Returns

We recieved many BBB gift cards at my bridal shower. We also recieved incomplete items and duplicate items...like 1 muffin pan instead of two we registered for...and two espresso makers instead of 1.

I want to return all incomplete items and duplicate items for store credit so we can then use that combined with our gift cards to buy bigger items.

Will BBB allow us to do that? Also, I don't have the gift reciepts for some of these items. Will them knowing that it came off my registry be proof enough??

yes you can return anything that is off your registry for CASH...that's what they give you. but you can also return it for the cash and then buy yourself a gift card to use whenever

i have to return some stuff as well like duplicates and some things i didn't register for and got. but whatever cash back i get i will spend while i am in the store on things we need- so i don't walk out with the cash and go spend it somewhere else hahaha

I had tons of returns due to double items and BBB was great. They really have a easy and convenient return policy. You return the item and they give you the money back that the person paid for it. You can either use the item on the store (I got stuff that I was missing from my registry). Its cash so pretty much the money is yours to do whatever you want with.

the whole cash thing was awesome! it actually worked out for us too cuz they had something that we wanted that was out of stock so we just got it at fortunoff. the one in westbury asks u if u want cash or the gc...we didnt even have to bring it up.

That is perfect...for cash is even better incase we want to buy some stuff off our Macy's registry

ahh the beauty of BBB.

I think this is why most brides go with them. They just don't give you a hard time, and you can get cash or credit back.

I returned 2 things that had no receipt. I just gave them my drivers license and they printed out my registry and looked up the items and that was all!

I love BBB!

I had received an item I registered for which was missing pieces. It actually looked like it was some random similiar item thrown into the box. So I brought it to BBB, and didn't have a receipt. I showed them what was wrong with the item and told them it was from a registry. They didn't even bother looking up my registry or anything. They asked me if I wanted to exchange it, which I did. So I just grabbed the new item, showed it to them and they just rang it up as 'exchange, no receipt'. It was a really easy process.

We didn't have any issues with our returns either. The only thing was some items I wanted a GC for and they would only give me cash -- not a bad things just strange.
