I got them a few weeks ago, washed them and put them in the cabinet. We used them last night and after washing them, on one of the bowls, the sauce and oil from the food seems to have seeped into the porcelin of the bowl and left a stain. My mom says that maybe it wasn't sealed properly which can also be dangerous. Do you think they would take these back or at least give me a new bowl? I dont have the box anymore.

Honestly, I would give it a shot, especially since it was on your registry they can look it up that someone bought it for you, hopefully if their customer service is decent enough they will give you a new one.

It'll definately work. BBB has a forever return policy. My girlfriend used to work there. She's had someone return a 2 year old vacuum just because it wasn't working as well anymore. They exchanged it for a brand new one. One lady returned a used toilet brush!... and my friend had to take it back because that's the company policy.

Yep they will take it back. I just returned our espresso machine bc it wasn't working....we only used it once! And since they didn't have it in stock they gave me a credit.

for those that returned things did you have a box? i am having this issue as well, i have a cake plate and dome that i washed before i was going to use it and a crack appeared in the dome, but i threw away the box

Please let me know how it works out. We have the same set but haven't taken it out of the box yet. Was it just one dish or was it a few of them...now i'm nervous cause we have almost the complete Italian Countryside set.
