BBB Westbury

BBB Westbury

Hi!

A couple of weeks ago BBB in Westbury had a bridal registry event that my FH and I attended. As we were checking in, they started to assign me a person to walk us around the store. Remembering several LIW posts, I started to panic. I, like many brides, did not want to be guided. I wanted it to be a special moment for the two of us, not three. As we were looking around a lady named Annette came over and spoke to us. She told me to come back at a later date when I was feeling more comfortable. Made an appointment to see her yesterday.

Words cannot express how wonderful it was having Annette with us. I NEVER thought I would want a person to help us with the registry, but it was an AMAZING EXPEREINCE. In fact, it is one of our favorite wedding memories so far!!!!!

If you are planning on registering at BBB, please make an appt. to work with Annette. She even stayed with us after the store closed. We had no idea it was closed and she didn't even tell us!!!! She just kept letting us do our thing!

Plus...she only works with you on major stuff... china, flatware, bedding, bathroom, etc. You can do as much or as little as you want with her. She really taught us a lot about 'household' things too. She was so calm, patient, and knowledgeable. We totally loved her!

We were so impressed by her that we're even contacting BBB Corporate to share our wonderful experience.

it's such a great feeling when something you didn't expect to work out well exceeds your expectations. so happy for you! contacting BBB @ corporate is really going above and beyond too.

So happy this helps. You will definitely have a wonderful experience. We thought we would be better at registering, but there were a lot of things we didn't think about.

It's great because she didn't expect us to do everything that day. We will be doing the rest of it alone...all the gadgets and gizmos...I did however add on pink onion goggles last night....lolololol.

The first time I went I politely said thank you anyway. They didn't insist. I wouldn't worry.
