I was on it and loved it. There was no thought. You changed it once a week after a shower. The only thing, like others have mentioned, I didn't like that it made the area kind of dry. And it always caught fuzz from my pants so it looked dirty.

I had a friend on it...it used to fall off of her skin.

there were many articles about the bc patch. i don't think its safe. a young girl died recently because it caused a clot . I think there are many investigations about the ill side effects.
