I just needed to post this and see how everyone else feels about it...ok here goes...
When other girls post pics of their dress, hair, china, STD's, BM dresses, Jewlery, etc i always wonder if everyone that says the l'ove it 'and 'its so wonderful' are really being HONEST??? I do not know everyone's taste but sometimes i just get the feeling that people are saying nice things b/c they do not want to hurt the other persons feelings?? thanks

i only post when i mean it- if i dont like something i dont post (either that or i dont see the thread ) theres no point in lying saying that I love something that I dont . However if someone asks for an honest opinion and is ready to handle critism Im more than happy posting my true opinion. I just want to help out brides not bash what they choose for their weddings

I am honest....If I see something that I personally dont like sometimes I just dont post because everyones taste is different. I would want people to be honest with me so I def am when I post.

I am always honest, but if I don't like someone's jewelry, tiara, dress, etc... who am I to judge their taste you know? I can say 'It's not my style, but if you love it.....' I would never flat out say 'Hate it'. I am sure you get the point.
I know we all value each other's opinion and I am not here to make someone feel they made the wrong decision or choice, especially if they picked that item for the biggest day of their lives.

I am always honest when I reply to someones post. If I disagree about jewelry or something, I will just say that it's not my taste. I try not to go about it in a mean way.

I'm always honest. If I can tell that someone is really excited about their purchase, but it's not my taste then I just don't post. If I think that someone is really undecided then I'll post my honest opinion.

I'm always honest. I have in the past told girls 'i dont love it' or 'not my taste' if I didnt like it. Theres a way to say things nicely. it just so happens that you ladies have exceptional taste the majority of the time

I'm always honest.... BUT polite. (That's code for 'I post only when I like it') After all, there are extremely few items that everyone likes... it's all a matter of personal taste...
However, when someone posts a poll, I'll always give my opinion... the good / bad / ugly.... And, when several options are given, I'll select the one I like best....

This is what I do.........If its a poll, I tell you if I like it or dont like it..... If its not a poll and I dont like soemthing then I wouldnt reply to it.

I am always honest... if it's only so-so, i'll say that. if i love it, i'll definitely say so. but if it's something that i am like EEWWW... or YIKES (which has been often ), I don't respond to the thread. i don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...to each her own!

Funny thing is me and Hayley were discussing this not to long ago and she said something that made a lot of sense. She told me that if she doesnt like something she just ignores the post and doesnt respond to it instead of giving a neg. opinion and I agree with her. However, when I give my opinion I am always honest, I know some people dont like honesty but if you asking for opinions you have to be ready to get some neg. ones to. JMO

iam always honest and sometimes a lil too honest but it is my opion and its not intended to hurt anyones feelings but id rather hear nothing or a negative opinion that a fake one but thats just me.....

i agree that not all girls are 100% honest about some things. like awhile back, someone posted a pic of something they did (not naming names or being specific)....and it was just absolutely frighteningly bad. i know it was bad, there was no doubt about it. yet i still saw ppl posting 'very nice!' and such. i knew they were just being polite
if i don't like something, i have no problem saying so...but in a nice, diplomatic manner. no need to say 'ugliest crap i've ever seen'....i'll keep it real and say 'um, maybe you should change this' or 'not really my style' . but that's just me
