Beach Theme Wedding

heyy so I would love to have a beach themed wedding. I need help with ideas on how to incorporate it in my decor and or favors or place cards? Our wedding will not be on the water, is that okay to still do a beach theme wedding?

Ideas please!!!!

there are so many different things- starfish place card holders, centerpieces with sand, a bunch of favors. it should be easy and i think it is OK to do it even if you arent waterfront- you are on long island!

the christmas tree shop!! i saw so much right AFTER our engagement party (which was beach themed). not sure what they have now because it may be seasonal... but that was april/ may last year.

I incorporated starfish and had a hint of a beach theme. These are some things I did.

*I had a starfish hairpin in my hair

*My girls wore starfish necklaces.

*Besides my floral centerpieces, I had mason jars filled with shells, starfish and sea glass with candles in them on each table.

*My husband made a tray that had sand and shells in it that we displayed the place cards in.

*We got personalized napkins and matchbooks with starfish

*All of the signage had a starfish design on it.

*Had starfish wine stoppers as favors

*Incorporated starfish in invitations
