Beatles Fans-tell me what you think?

Hi,

We are having our ceremony at our reception site so the dj is providing the music. Planning on having the wedding party come in to 'All You Need is Love' which I think is perfect.

Now, for me coming in, I really want to play 'Blackbird'. I know that some may think of this as a sad song, but I see it as a song about finally finding what you were looking for. Just wanted to get some Beatles fans opinions.

I love that song, but to me it's talking about trying to give someone love, trying to help them see love, hope beauty, like trying to pull someone out of a depression.

I don't think I'd choose it for an entrance song for myself, but really it is what the song means to you, not anyone else.

I have been thinking about using Good Day Sunshine. We'll see though I change my mind daily

my feelings are 'eh who cares'....some people wont even notice and others will think its a pretty song or the fact that you dig the beatles...so if you wanna play blackbird cause its pretty (i totally agree) do it. Sounds good

Thanks, girls. I really do love the song so I'll probably stick with it. But I'll see. Maybe I'll go with 'Here, There & Everywhere' for me to come in to.
