My DH found this beautiful and friendly cat in a Bayside storm drain We've put up fliers to find the owner but have had no luck. We are now hoping to find her a good home. DH and I would love to keep her but we are both allergic to cats and short haired dogs. If you are interested or know anyone that may be interested in giving this beautiful cat a loving home and a second chance please FM me.
Oh no!! I'd take them all if I could. Try Last Hope shelter if you don't have any luck... a friend of mine volunteers for them and I'll put you in touch with her if you need.

he looks adorable!!!!! I wish I could take him in but I already have 2 dogs =( I actually got one of my dogs from a pet rescue place, they might be able to take the cat, the name is 'save a pet' and they're in port jefferson. Please, please, please keep us updated

Save-a-pet probably can't take him. Unfortunately they are over run with cats (I work at an animal hosp which some of my dr.s also work there). Unfortunately most shelters are full over capacity with cats. They aren't protected like dogs are around here.
