i wanted to let you all know that if you are using any kind of acne med..like retin-a or proactiv around the time of your wedding..make sure you tell the people who are going to do your facial waxes..you will get burned very bad and bleed and it might not be able to be covered in makeup for pics

i had a stylist at work not ask a bride if she was on anything and she got burned really bad and is so mad that her pics you could see it

My friend was on accutane and got her eyebrows waxed and ripped off her skin...

Wait a minute.... I can't get my brows waxed!?!?!?! I'm puerto rican I have to!

Its not 100% sure it will happen...i waxed all the time when i was on proactiv...but anything concerning beauty and whatever you do you need to test out and do way before the wedding

you def should try it..but if you are on stuff like that..get either SUGAR WAX or THREADING..i can not stress this strongly enough

I wax every two weeks, plus like i said ive done it the whole time i used to be on proactiv...Plus trust me i have someone i trust 100% to make sure nothing bad like that happens to me, and before i try anything i know she will guide me, but thanks i know all about this my mom owned salons for years, obviously shes the one i was talking about that i trust lol

its this crazy painful thing that people in india do

they use thread that you sew with and in this fast motion loop it aroind every hair..like tweezing..but faster and a little easier

I just asked my mom and she said that retin-A micro definitely rips your skin but thats also bc that thing is super strong and burns your skin regardless...Proactiv i didnt have any bad experience with it, and like i said i waxed every two weeks...if you are going to use proactiv you should try it months before your wedding regardless and test all of this out

It is more painful than waxing it hurts so badly but ever since I started I've actually gotten comments from strangers about how good my eyebrows look. This is coming from someone who used to have 1 thick one straight across her head (just picture Bert (bert and ernie) it wasn't pretty)

Well i know the lady who is doing it for me, and she just charges me $25 a session so i got real lucky...I wasnt even thinking of doing it and my mom was like why dont you let so and so do it, and she told me how much so i just said why not. I know she just started working somewhere in Soho now, but not sure where since i havent been able to go finish this crap
