I don't know if this applies to you but i figured i would mention it, a letter of permission from parish if you are not getting married at your own parish.

The list looks good. The only thing I'd add is $ for the organist and soloist (if you're having one)
Also not sure of your wedding date but put a note to check the church and altar area - I was married 2 weeks after Easter and they still had the lillies on the altar. However a lot were dead and I had to point this out to the priest so they could be removed

thought of some more - - what about ordering any type of altar arrangement? - make sure pew bows, runner are ok to have in church - find out what you can toss outside - check on handicap accessible (if an issue for any guests)

You have to tip the alter servers? Isn't that included with my 'donation' ??

Some of the following might apply to you:
--find out about dress code for the church (covered shoulders?)
--measure the height/width and count the pews so you can make better decisions about your pew bows and church decor
--obtain the church's rules for the photographer & videographer and pass them on to your vendors (My church has 'permission slips' they have to sign)
There was something else and it's not coming to me....

Re: Because Im so forgetful
you don't have to - but alter servers don't get anything and they do weddings on a saturday - my younger brother always commented if he got tipped or not - it is nice to give them five or 10 dollars - alter servers volunteer but it is still nice to tip them

Considering my budget, flowers were not a big concern, so we chose to skip the alter flowers, although I will get a small bouquet for the Virgin Mary. We are making our own pew bows and our only restriction is we cant use tape. We cant throw rice or petals, so we bought sparklers which is going to be on my 'dont forget' wedding day list. Good point about the handicap access, we def have to look into that!!
And yes, I think these donations are ridiculous!!!! The donation is $400 plus the music is $220 and then on top of that I have to TIP?! I just think its ridiculous!!
