I think I have read once or twice that BBB will give you cash back for gifts that you return. I just wanted to know if a) anyone has recently tried this and B) what BBB did you go to/? I live in Brooklyn and the one here doesnt strike me as giving me anything back lol Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!

Re: Bed Bath Beyond Returns!
it has to be something off your registry and you need the gift receipt and specifically say 'i would like cash back.'

Re: Bed Bath Beyond Returns!
they alll give cash back. the item needs to be on your registry. i never had gift receipts for anything i returned. i ONCE had an issue with returning 1 of the 8 pieces from a bed set. they refused to give me cash back..even though i brought all 8 pieces. something wasnt scanning right. so i threw a fit and told them i will go to another BBB location where the workers know what theyre doing. that pissed off the 'manager' even more and she finally gave me cash back. lol
just insist if they give u a hard time.. youre the customer.

Re: Bed Bath Beyond Returns!
they give you cash back for what the person paid i guess if its on registry. if you are going to buy something else at bbb i suggest you dont use registry or receipt because you actually get back credit for reg price of item and tax. so if they used 20 percent off you will still get the 20 percent.

Re: Bed Bath Beyond Returns!
DH just took some stuff back to bbb...not sure which one but he works in Hicksville so whichever one is closest to that. They gave him all cash back---like $300 with no problems.
