Can't help you with anyplace in the Catskills...grew up there, but don't know of any B & B's--Love the Mohonk House though
Mohonk Mountain House --it's more of a resort..but a GREEEAAAT place!!!

If you want to go even further north--I can give you some great places around Syracuse, Cortland, and Binghamton.

If you are interested in going to the Lake George area, I have a fantastic recommendation for a B&B. We stayed at the Cornerstone Victorian and it was amazing. The hosts are so hospitable and friendly. The rooms are very victorian and well-maintained and the food is out of this world. We can't wait to go back!
