Does anyone know their return policy? I am not sure that the gife was bought there but I do know they sell them.
My boss just gave me a beautiful engagment gift of flute and wine glasses. Thing is they are not the type of pattern that i am looking for. We want to do something with a platuim band around the lip. this is the set that she gave us. (which like I said are beautiful just not what we are looking for) They are Kate Spade. Noel
they have the best and easiest return policy and even do cash back returns

If you don't have a receipt, but the item was ON your registry, they will give you cash back or exchange or whatever.
If it WASN'T on your registry, they might let you exchange it for a different item.

YES they do cash back which is awesome.....!!!!!!!!!!! I just registered there this weekend and they are very helpful., other than the other stores I've registered at.

We had no problems with them when we've returned.
A few weeks ago, FSIL sent us a silverware drawer thingy, it was on our registery. When we tried to put it in, we realized it didn't fit so we returned it for another one. They didn't give us a reciept and when we got home we found that THAT one didn't fit either so we had to trek back to the store, we told them the story and they took it back no problems!

So if I wanted to get the cash back all I would have to do is make a registry with these items on it. Do the items have to be marked off as purchased or will they give me the money back just cause they are on my registry?
