I'm marinating some beef cubes in Jim Beam today...and I want to make kabobs tonight, but I don't know what to stack them with...any ideas??

I use green and red peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms...mmmm!

same as above but sometimes I add pineapple!
