Where's Stewart Manor? By Garden City? (Your home reminds me of GC)

Jenny, yes, Stewart Manor is an incorporated village adjacent to GC. We actually share the same zip code. The houses are definitely smaller than those big mansions in GC, but it is a great neighborhood, very well kept and lots of charm with all the houses from the late 1920's.

did you do the border yourself (in the bath?) if so , hoW??? I want to do something in my powder rm but I get discouraged...and think it might make a small space smaller...
