wow u all look amazing....i give u props....i dont even have the will power to loose 5 pounds.....a few monts ago i lost 10 pounds and gained it all back

wow you all look amazing, I'm focusing on controlling myself because if i ever became overweight I doubt I'd do anything besides sit on the couch and eat...considering thats all i do when im not workiing out now!! grats ladies!!

hitting the gym and learning to eat right
( i recommend weight watcher, however i lost the 130 on my own- i recently joined weight watchers to drop the 30 i put on)
Everyone reaches a breaking point. For me it was having stretch marks start creeping across the front my chest!
