lol i have to keep looking at my old one- remind myself of where i've been and what i had to do to get here.
Some people think it's crazy that I post them, but I want people to know it's possible to acheive anything
I did not have surgery, i just hit the gym, prayed to God, and ate less LOL
It will be my life long battle

the wedding talk sorta spurred me to start taking control of my life too.

we all need inspiration. i love seeing before and afters.
I was heavy my entire life- it took losing weight to discover who I really was. I am a better person because of my struggles. I understand addiction /pain/ adversity.
I found out im stronger then I ever knew, and being healthy is the best gift I can give my FH :)
I'm still insecure about my looks, but I'm proud of my weight loss.

ok..here goes. before . This isn't even my heaviest. I started ww at 222.6 lbs.
After. Ant and I Xmas party at CHCC. I wanted to post a diff pic but it hates me.
lol thats i my before. you cant see my after! having probs resizing and i keep getting logged out!

lol i wish I could find the pic I've been looking for. I actually submitted it foe a weight watchers contest. Its just so awful that when i see it I want to cry. really.

i know what you mean! i look at my prom picture and i wanna just cry. i remember how miserable l was.
