OK, now that I've lost the weight and posted pics of me in my dress on my wedding day, I can post the pics that prompted me to get off my duff and lose the weight again. I'll do my best to get some good befores and afters, but be patient if it doesn't post right away.

Thanks! I did Weight Watchers. I still have about 20 pounds that I want to lose (believe me when I tell you that the bottom half of my dress hides A LOT), but I've slacked off quite a bit the last month or so. Time to get back on track.

I have to say, you have inspired me because I do see a difference and I'd like to see that for myself too. Did your dress need major alterations after the weightloss?

I don't know if I would call them major alterations, but she had to take it in quite a bit. Luckily, there was no bead work or anything to get in the way. I remember trying it on and it being snug and I was so happy when I saw how much fabric she was taking in.
She even said, before I even took it off the hanger, 'Did you buy this dress too big? There's no way that much dress goes on your little body.'
Now, my body's far from little, but oh! Did she make me happy!
