Before putting sheetrock back up...

We are doing:

Put in Windows
New insulation
Moving/adding outlets, cable wire, phone wire
Converting radiators to baseboards
Some ceilings adding high hats

Is there anything else we are forgetting? We have so much going on that it would be easy to forget something obvious.

exterminate?
I guess that's not an issue if there isn't anything obvious lurking around, but you may want to do it as a preventitive measure.

Re: Before putting sheetrock back up...

Definitely make sure you have your wood treated for termites and stuff before you put the walls up. Do a full extermination.
