Sooo yesterday I went to Esquire Tuxedo in Merrick (love them!). I know I'm looking at tux's early but I am OOT and trying to coordinate 15 different tuxes for guys in 4 different states.
Heres the problem....my BM's are wearing chocolate brown. The wedding colors are Fall. FH does NOT want to wear a black tux or the GM's to wear black. Esquire has a beige tux (latte). Is a beige tux a bad idea???? And does anyone have any suggestions???
This whole thing is driving me crazyyyyyyy

normally i'd say beige is casual - reminds me of a beachy wedding. that beige tux doesn't look casual however.
i personally wouldn't pick anything but black. black is timeless and always formal. i'm not sure beige will be a good look in 20 years.

my bm dresses were bronze..we did black for the tuxes and it wored out great
i wouldnt do beige tuxes unless you hadave a summer wedding - jmo

i kind of agree. beige tuxes make me think of a casual or low key wedding/event

ooohh i also want to add..ally..a 09 bride..pandafish..she had thee chocolate brown tuxes..not tan and they were amazing..very classy and not beachy at all..look for her pics
My BMs are chocolate /champagne. My dress is ivory.
FH is wearing black tux, chocolate vest and ivory shirt. It looks amazing..I know it sounds wrong but its not trust me.

I agree with the girls who said it reminds them of a beach wedding. I think if the girls are in brown that the men can wear black and it looks fantastic if their vests are like.. light gold or beige or some other color in that neutral family. They could wear white too and it won't look bad in photos, but the nuetral vests just tie it together.
PS, I feel like if the BM's are in chococlate and the GM's are in brown tuxes a) TOO MUCH BROWN and b) if the shades don't match then it will look more weird than black ever would. and if they do match, again, way too much.
