Being Engaged

With just t about 4mos to go i have been thinking how i cant wait to be married but then i stepped back and realized i really am enjoying being the fiance and engagement.......i still cant wait to be a wife but im really enjoying this time,,,anyone else feel that way

yes i feel exactly as you do. This is like the happiest time of our lives.. i will be a bit sad when it is over, but i'm trying to enjoy it right now!

I had a long 18 month engagement and I love it.

I feel like there is something magical about being engaged. Everyone is usually married or single, but only a few are engaged.

yea i do, I really enjoy this time in my life...we go out we have a blast I hope being a wife can be just as fun, but i realize there is more responsibility to being a wife

You're absolutely right. I liken it to being pregnant. It's a time in your life where you're front and center!

I don't know how I'm going to go back to 'normal life' after the wedding!

OMG did you just break into my mind and steal my thoughts??? YES!!! I was just thinking about this.
Im sad that my shower is over bc i love all this attention and being the bride etc. I want to be a bride forever!!!

Being engaged does sound so much more romantic than being married... was that mean that i wrote that.. dont get me wrong i cant wait to marry my love... but your right the word engaged is so romantic.

I TOTALLY AGREE THE PLANNING IS ALMOST OVR MY FIANCE SAYS I WILL BE IN POST PARDOM WEDDING AFTERWARDS HEHE

I love being engaged!! Everyone says that after a certain amount of time being married that the honeymoon's over. But being engaged is like perpetual honeymoon. Everything is fun and exciting and nerveracking. I am having the BEST time of my life, and I get to spend every moment of it with my best friend and soul mate!
