You're supposed to hold her bouquet, make sure the train is perfect, bustle her gown, etc. Oh and most importantly help her go to the bathroom!

i did think of something - i know sometimes the MOH is supposed to help out if there is any type of castastrophe the day of the wedding - which hopefully there won't be and sometimes the bride gives the MOH tip money to hand out at the end of the night and the MOH sometimes helps with the dress bustling, stuff like that...i cant really think of anything specific you are supposed to do

I would say just be there to support her and to handle any issues that might happen along the way. I'm sure as long as she knows that you have it under control that will be special enough

Re: Being the mOH.. is there sometihng special
for my sister's wedding, I had to 'fuss' over her train, hold her bouquet, make sure her veil was straight. I had no clue what to do and had my other sisters hissing at me from the front pew 'fix her train!!' when her train looked totally fine to me. it was great fun.
