Bell girl instead of Flower Girl

OK here is my question....My ya-ya (grandma) Passed away recently and she loved bells ...so I was thinking instead of a flower girl I would have a bell girl..She would walk down the aisle before me ringing a bell...Is this corny?? She is 11.

I dont know if your Irish but bells are a traditional Irish Wedding gift.

You could explain you grandmother and this in your program.

I think that's absolutely lovely. It will be beautiful...and maybe have her be the only music you walk down to. Your grandmother would be very touched I'm sure. Perhaps she could ring a bell that your grandmother owned?
