Bell Park Manor

DH and I have an appt. with a realtor tomorrow and will be looking at some co-ops in Bell Park Manor, Bellrose Terrace; pretty much in the Bellrose and Queens Village area. Anyone familiar with these places? Any info is appreciated. TIA
