Belly Bands

For any of you doing pocketfold invitations, what are you using to keep them closed?

I looked at the rinestone buckles, but that is going to cost me an extra $150 or so and I'm trying to keep costs down.

Websites and all suggestions are much appreciated.

hey danielle! i'm using a square piece of cardstock with sticky backing (but its not DIY so i'm not sure how it will all work)

but heres a pick of what i'm looking to do

you definitely could do that danielle. Just have to buy the 2 cardstocks and buy the monogram stickers or print it directly on...plus buy ribbon

well my invites are coming out to ALOT less now since im doing it myself so it works out haha

PLUS danielle, as a DIY project just be careful bc 2 types of cardstock, lots of ribbon and monogram stickers can cost close to the same

Thanks. I have 130 invites and between the buckles and ribbon, it's going to run me $150 and right now, my invites are at $370 and I don't really want to go over $400.

Thanks. I have 130 invites and between the buckles and ribbon, it's going to run me $150 and right now, my invites are at $370 and I don't really want to go over $400.

my suggestion then is getting the ribbon and doing it yourself. I am buying ribbon from the wholesale district, 200 yards for $3

it might be cheaper to just tie the ribbon in a bow....or to get pre-tied bows and glue them to the ribbon belly band

like this...we ordered a sample of this invite and we loved the belly band! it was our favorite part.

danielle can you post a pic of what your invite is going to look like? (or what you want it to look like?)
